Segue is an apartment complex inspired by the evolution of a historic broadcasting house into it’s modern creative destination. Involving typography inspired by it’s bauhaus origins, the concept centers on the pulse of history—honoring the building's innovative legacy while reflecting the creative sanctuary that defines it today.
